he also confirmed in the Q&A that they no longer hold the Fairy Tail Licence

good thing Australia is the same blu-ray region as the UK so we can still get them

also Fairy Tail is going to be on FunimationNow when it launches this month

i just hope that now funi have moved into the UK they might release it themselves or get Anime LTD to do it as they seem to be on good terms with them
