Actually Akuma first appeared in the Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo game in 1994.

To be fair Akuma wasn't playable in the game from the outset and only showed up if you did something a bit difficult. No reason to be so stuffy because the writer wasn't overly aware of something you are......plus his being in SS2 isn't exactly relevant to the news at hand anyway.

Well, it was obvious.
I think,, with the revamped stuff, his moveset might be altered like Ken's.
