Phonetically, yes, but the kanji in the photo are 聖飢魔 which is pronounced the same, but gives a meaning like "Holy Starving Demon."

Demon Kakka ("His Excellency Demon") has an amazing Japanese wikipedia page. He was apparently sealed away in Hell for 10,000 years by Zeus, until the seal weakened, allowing him to be reborn and enter the Human Realm. He was born on November 10, 98,038 BC, in Bitter Valley, Hell. His real name as a demon is outside the audible range of sound. On 12/31/1999, he declared that he would conquer the Earth...and it goes on and on. Fun times.
