I'm still curious about the slight sci-fi bent this show has, did any of Rampo's stories delve into sci-fi or is this purely an invention of this show? Not that I'm complaining or anything, I think it's looking awesome, just wondering if its drawing from anything other than the mystery stories.

It looks like Bungo Stray Dogs, well it's Rampo it must be good all of Rampo adaptations revolves around real authors and detectives
