They're older Harvest Moon games, so they'd fall under "real". I think the only "fake" Harvest Moon games so far are The Lost Valley and Skytree Village.

Natsume lost the "real" Harvest Moon games, so any new games made by them now will be the "fake" Harvest Moon. Story of Seasons is the "real" Harvest Moon series now. Unless things change in the future, this is how it goes.

I used to rent that game back in the early 00's on the GCN. Well, both A Wonderful Life and Another Wonderful Life. This PS2 version combines them and allows you to choose, am I right?

I'd love to finally own it when it is released!
