The title scared me because I technically hadn't completed episode 3 story content, but it sounds like they're just compiling everything together more efficiently. I also just found out (not a new feature) that episode 1-3's story is freely viewable in the event viewer, even if you haven't beaten it. Still, it seems most important story quests will still be available in the omnibus. All in all, not a lot is lost. Just a few sets of titles and their rewards, as well as minor quests. NPCs from 1-3 will still appear in the lobby with their essential quests, though.
