I guess it's LITERALLY a teaser - it gives you nothing and only makes you want more lol.

Kazuma, oddly enough, is not worthless, he is just dragged down by those around him. Remember when he swapped with the leader of that other party, they were amazed by how great he was, and the other leader was begging to switch back.
