Wow, this looks really promising. I recently watched the Silent Service and I though those character desings were familiar. Also, I really hope they can manage to make the film. Will be keeping a close eye on this project for sure.

I love when the wind blows, it is one of my favorite animated films, and this film looks really promising. It is a shame the director could not live long enough to be apart of the production.

Oh, boy, When the wind blows... I remember watching it as a kid (not a good idea) and I was crying for 3 days straight. Funnily enough, I just watched Barefoot Gen for the first time a couple of days ago and it was devastating... it's amazing to think that all those wonderful anti-war animated films (When the Wind blows, Barefoot gen and grave of the fireflies) came out pretty much at the same time (early to mid 80's). They sure as hell don't make them as they used to nowadays...
