For a minute there, the visual made me think this was going to be a modern sequel to Angelic Layer. : )

I was getting a Days of Midori vibe from it myself. Either way, it's very retro and the PV makes it seem like it'll be the anime comfort food.
Nothing I'd go out of my way to watch but something that I know I'd like.

Probably closer to Hand Maid May. The dolls in Angelic Layer weren't aware and Midori had a real person behind her and was attached to the guy's arm.

Small robot girl is a tradition in anime with Chobits, Hand Maid May, Busou Shinki, Frame Arms Girl, and probably a few others. Over Drive Girl looks like someone combined Hand Maid May with the movie Mannequin. The show looks cute and it is a pity that no one has licensed the manga.
