Awesome! I had caught up with volume 3 by the time that volume 4 was offered a week early from street date at AnimeNYC. Now for an agonizing 4 month wait for the next novel... I agree with Theron, this is one of the most fun isekai I've ever experienced, and I hope the anime brings in some fans too. I think my favorite scene was the fight over the ocean, and how Kumoko managed to scrape herself out of that. It was so gruesome but engaging. The first person POV really drills home how reflective and remorseful she feels about becoming overconfident. Shun's story gets kind of dry but I feel like it's the author's way of shoving all the generic isekai cliches into one side so that Kumoko's side stands out more, even if it may not have been intentional.
