thanks Japan for coming up with a creative and hopefully effective way to give us (USA) much needed monies. If I had any interest in this, as a US Citizen I could get to Guam without a passport, which is always nice.

Hello there,
I think I should go but I don't have any passport you can suggest to me & If I ask a question for you which route to come & own vehicle but didn't route see you can share a location link either I come to Japan.
