The last paragraph is wrong. His real name isn't Giorno Giovanna, it's Haruno Shiobana, because he is Japanese. His mom gets remarried to an Italian guy, whose last name is Giovanna. And Haruno takes the name Giorno so he can fit in better with the Italian populace since he gets bullied for being foreign.
