I actually sort of enjoyed the first chapter. He is correct though, harder to hook a scifi world than most others. A lot of stuff has to appear to make sense together. Knowing Kishi though, he will do alright.

It strongly reminds me of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and that's enough of a hook for me. Hope this turns out good

I'm glad that he recognized Naruto's imperfections. It gives me hope that he will have equal or greater success with this manga.

Solid beginning. With some leaner panels, and less exposition-dumps, this series can really be something. It’s a breath of fresh air in the current shonen lineup.
