I've heard a bit of discussion about this... the story seems interesting, and the art is pretty good, so I'll be checking it out.

The art seems good, although it has a distinctive MHA flavour*. The story, so far, interesting. It won't change the history of Shonen Jump, though.

* the author is a former assistant of Horikoshi.
