 Well, that was certainly unexpected (specially given how ridiculously underrated/underwatched this series has been at least on Western anime circles). Hopefully we'll get an anime adaptation down the line too. Loved Pet to bits and, even though the ending was pretty satisfying I'd love to see more from the characters in the future.

Yeah, I'd love to see this get animated as well. Pet was such an underappreciated show, and its ending, while satisfying from a thematic standpoint, worked really well as a setup for a sequel.
