That doesn't seem likely. The current run is confirmed to be only four chapters long. If they pad them with the one-shot and some extra content they could maybe get away with splitting it up into two volumes.

Could be a made into an annual graphic novel, that's released as 4 big chapters before the trade.
Kubo gets to take his time and plan, and we still get his work. It's honestly something that should be done with both HxH and Berserk. One volume a year.
