That cover looks like a spoiler for anime-only people -- which they don't read the manga.

Frankly I bet they won’t even know who that is given there is no clue or context given to the anime audience, so I won’t worry too much about spoilers

You've got to be kidding. It literally says 22 on the image, which is the volume cover (the subject of the article). Its a spoiler regardless.
