An assassin is reborn into an assassin family? Kinda defeats the purpose of Isekai if nothing really changes besides throwing some magic into the mix...

FYI, this LN is from the same author as Redo of a Healer. But the tone of this one is completely different, so this has me interested.

Actually the twist is the goddess reincarnates him because she knows eventually her chosen hero will turn against the world, so the MC's job is to assassinate the hero after they save the world.

They did a great job of making it sound very status quo. He was a great assassin...then he was isekai'd and continued to be a great assassin. I get that it allows him to throw modern techniques in with the magical ones he'll have in this world...but couldn't it have just been a fantasy series where he invented new techniques himself?
Also nice that the main image shows that while he's going to be killing a lot of people, he won't be too busy to build up a harem

Redo of Healer may be a rolling dumpster fire...but this author is thriving for having two of his LNs greenlit.

Looking at my spreadsheet, it seems Redo of Healer took fifteen months to go from WN to LN; this one did it in six. Wonder if the difference is more a matter of the author knowing their stuff better, or being more of an established figure? I don't know where their other works, like Dungeon Builder: The Demon King's Labyrinth is a Modern City!, fit into the picture.

I'm just tired to hear of any new random isekai adaptation. Unless it's news about grimgar.
This one in specific, it's very boring, or at least the manga is boring , since i don't know if it comes from a ln.

That sounds like a self fulfilling prophecy. Like if the goddess pulled that shit on me after saving the world I'd he pissed too
