They better explain how this new suit came to be. Metroid Fusion introduced a new paradigm for Samus' suit with it being connected to the organic Metroid DNA versus pure Chozo armor tech. The new suit isn't bad, but it just doesn't make sense to me other than Nintendo marketing a look more in line with Samus' iconic design. The blue "webbing" by the joints is the only thing that suggests the Fusion Suit is there at all. Also surprised that the other trailer suggested the E.M.M.I. are after X Parasites and Samus is just a bonus. I thought the Federation was specifically after Samus at this point in the timeline.
