Its comedy and slice of life with a little bit of fan service. If that's your thing give it a try especially the anime

Is it ending because it's actually concluding? Or is it ending because of the publisher being delinquent on taxes and going into forfeiture?

This is about the Japanese version published by Houbunsha, not Sol Press’s translation.
