This one was pretty hard to decipher, but it's not based on the Bara Jūji Sōsho (Rozen Kreuz Series) novels, it counts as one of them.
This stars a character from Summer of the Ubume (the novel did get translated into English at one point) and Moryo no Hako (which got a great anime Discotec should really license for us, since it never got an official release) before that series of novels began.
Oh, Box of Goblins is Moryo no Hako? What an awful title translation...
