Hopefully more webtoons will receive anime adaptions and will get released internationally. I think the industry will be pleasantly surprised to find how much money they can make off international audiences.
Lately it seems like webtoons are getting just as many physical releases in the US as manga, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens next. |

Webtoons are also receiving live-action adaptation in South Korea too, and there's a big market for live-action foreign-language TV dramas/miniseries in the US and around the world for the last few years. |

|
Red Fox getting an adaptation is a great step. Webtoons have huge global appeal—more international releases could really shake up the industry in a good way.
