Manga readers are saying this visual basically means they are skipping to the end of the manga. It's a shame we couldn't get more seasons.

Wish they were doing another season outright but I'm definitely cool with this.

Aniplex and A-1 pictures once again fail to do more of a popular series.

Like most of the readers agree manga goes downhill from the point the anime stopped. So it is understandable why the producers may prefer to just skip to ther ending. But this is all just a speculation for now. So let's wait.

I didn't expect to see Kaguya animated again but I'm really curious exactly what they're going to adapt.

I mean, we've got spoiler[Shirogane going to America, Hayasaka with her hair cut, possibly the MikoxIshigami ship, and a title that implies we'll see Kaguya and Shirogane seal the deal like the manga.]

I use to love this manga, but after our two leads finally get together, their is a massive dig in quality. spoiler[Our two heroes actually feel like supporting characters, for a good chunk of the manga, after that point.] I don't really like the final arc much either, but the ending is still pretty good.

The title, visual and how characters look... all of it it's from the final part.

The thing is, the manga centers around Ishigami and Hayasaka from here onwards.

The Anime has constantly sidelined Hayasaka but never to this degree and never sidelined Ishigami, we are talking about an skip of like 120 chapters centered around those 2.

I have always said that if you like this series you NEED to read the manga and its spin off "We want to talk about Kaguya" because the anime only cover 30% of the whole plot.

Sorry, now it's obligatory if they indeed do this jump.

For example: do anime watchers know that Chica and Hayasaka are mortal enemies?

That's because they have a LONG history together, Hayasaka even considers her the bane of her existence and even has a code name for her "Subject F", but the anime skips this.

Why is "We need to talk about Kaguya-sama" series important to the experience? I usually just skip spin-offs like these.

"We want to talk about Kaguya" moves parallel to the main plotline and explains plot holes and expand the history, you actually need to read them both side by side.

For example: remember that when Miyuki was going for reelection he had 2 rivals, Ino and some second year guy and the only thing we see about him was how Kaguya threatened him while she was really nice to Ino?

The reason was because the guy was going to play dirty and lie about Shirogane.

Remember when Ishigami lost the race and one of his friends blamed the games' club because they were "horsing around"?

We see what he meant in the spin off.

Shirogane has 2 friends we see from time to time, they are the love interests of the girls from the spin off and are important on it, one of them entered the school to find clues about his brother disappearance!

There is a lot of info there.
