Six months wait gap between seasons? Was, or is the studio that much ahead of schedule? Anyway, I'm excited for this announcement, a bit more than the main series tbh.

The final season is supposedly shorter than previous seasons and they planned for Illegals you be 2 cours so they could easily fit it in within 6 months of the first season.

I'm not surprised that it will start in January. I thought that it would be two cour and run until MHA's final season started, but when that didn't happen, I figured it would be a winter 2026 series.

I think the main take away is that it all but confirms that MHA will wrap in one cour.

I always considered that halff of Vigilantes was filler that got nowhere.

So yeah, they can fit all the main plot in 12 more episodes if they skip all of spoiler[Pop's career that gets nowhere and Aizawa's past that was seen in the main series already.]

They are still gonna need to run, but can get the main plot done.

What better way to end the year than with MHA final season and starting the year with season 2 of Vigilante's?

I hope they still keep that though...
