Looks like a pretty extensive character creation system.
I'm guessing all the body adjustments relate to bust/waist/stomach, etc.

I've only had a chance to try the demo for the first game (while the actual game is in my backlog), but I remember the character creator being very nice with a lot of options. Looks like the sequel will be continuing that, which is nice to see
