I'd be more surprise if she's not performing the theme song. Mizuki Nana pretty much performed all the theme songs of the Nanoha franchise.

There's two entries that didn't include Nana as the opening/insert songs. Vivid Strike (technically not Nanoha name wise only) and Nanoha Innocent.
