Wow. I’m still shocked that this is going to be available before Infinity Castle. Although everyone milked that one for all it was worth and then some.

I had assumed May or June. April 30 is surprising.

So how about a physical release on Blu-Ray/4K as well?

I'm waiting for them to re-release it to cinema with additional fixes and 1 whole minute of new footage for the 2nd film.

This! It's been half a year already since it was released in cinemas; you'd think Crunchyroll are allergic to money by not offering physical releases.

To be fair, I don't think there is even a Japanese physical release yet either.

So glad it is becoming possible to view from home versus a larger social setting. Eighteen months ago I came down with leukemia which severely limits my access to social settings as I no longer have an auto-immune system that can ward off simple colds and other concerns inherent in crowded situations. When I heard it was coming to town I really wanted to see this movie but bc of this disease had no means or way to legitimately access it via theater venue even though it was airing only 3 miles away. Yea, TY CR.
