"Yeah bro it's on Darkroom. Go to Poob. Dive into Poob. You can Poob it. It's on Poob. Poob has it for you. Poob has it for you."
Discotek save us. Darkroom Premium. What the hell.

Considering AnimEigo/MediaOCD already has an agreement with some third parties for anime physical distribution (Nasu, Synergetic Film/Darkroom & Prime Rose, SkyNet Entertainment), maybe they might even release Haru+Guu? You never know, but hopefully AnkmEigo or Discotek picks it up.

Not familiar with Darkroom whatsoever, but the Hare + Guu franchise is one of my absolute favorite anime comedies. I really hope this leads to a physical release. Final never had one before and the rest is long out of print and deserving of a new one.

I don’t understand the point of putting an anime over 20 years old behind a paywall on a obscure site nobody has ever heard of and has like zero online marketing presence.

Man, Hare+Guu, that's a title I remember the name from ages past. And yeah, a stateside re-release if MediaOCD (Either Discotek or AnimEigo) could be able to get it would be a miracle.
But yeah, this is the same Darkroom that, at first, has Looking for the Full Moon on there too and, I think, at one point, paywalled, but not anymore and only requires account login (and only the first half at 26 episodes). At least now Full Moon is also on Tubi with all 52 episodes, but sub only.
