Toshihiko Seki...the vooooice

This is just a post to praise Toshihiko Seki aka the voice that has so many wide ranges to cover so many different anime genres. I first heard his voice as Legato Bluesummer in Trigun and had shivers run down my spine! And the funny thing is, without me even knowing until recently, I would say 90% of all my anime has him in it, which I thought was really funny Very Happy

Anyone else out there big fans of Seki?

Looking over the list of anime he's done, I wonder if your anime collection is pretty small? Wink

Honestly though, I like his work. He's mostly done very strong supportive roles, and with the range he's done, I suspect he's guaranteed a job anytime he wants.

Certainly, the role of Matsuda from Yawara is distinctly different from Legato, and it definetly does show a great range. Smile

Although he's not my favorite VA, I must admit I appreciate his work and now will definetly welcome him for any other work he might do now and in the future.

Yes!! I'm very big fan of Seki-sama! He is my favourite voice actor!

Yeah, I just started collecting anime not too long ago... Ever since I moved to a place that has no anime stores what so ever... So I can no longer rent and rent all the movies I like... Sure is getting expensive, but you gotta start somewhere Wink

Of course Riki the Dark from Ai no Kusabi Very Happy Aslo I very like Takaya Ohgi from Mirage of Blaze.

The ironic thing about your statement is that I have a lot of anime that consist of another Seki -- Tomokazu. Weird... invasion of the Seki's huh? Laughing

But anyway, from what little I've heard of this Seki, I would like to at least commend him for is roles as Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing and Mousse from Ranma 1/2.

I saw Tomokazu Seki's name somewhere, but I cannot remember for the life of me.
