i was wondering if any one knew if these where the same or different box sets

The first link is the complete collection of 7 episodes, running 210 minutes. The second link looks like it might be a movie, since it only runs 78 minutes. Either way, it's pretty clear that those are two entirely different products. If you're after the box set, it looks like the first link is the one you want.

Yeah, those are different box sets. The first link is for the original series and the second is for a new prequel OVA that was made.
