While this is likely aiming for the yuri-baiting/yuri harem angle, they can show more diversity if a male lead is there as the harem lead.

This anime appears to be unoriginal at the moment but let us make it more unoriginal by adding a lucky moronic male lead to make some """""""""""""""""'diversity"""""""""""""""""""". Brilliant idea! You think that every female-dominated anime should be harem as you see fit. Seriously, yuri has more originality that harem and harem has been nothing but a mere shadow of its former self, riddled with overused tropes and ridiculous fanservice. Thanks for the laugh, buddy.

Dude, just chill. Kadmos1 was only suggesting an idea. It wasn’t even about originality and he didn’t mention anything about how the hypothetical male’s personality will be like. Shows like the subject of this article have their own fair share of tropes that appear very frequently, but that doesn’t automatically make them bad or can’t be executed well. Originality is overrated and doesn’t guarantee a working product. How would it feel if someone did what you did here to you and your personal likes? I don’t think it would hurt to have just a little empathy instead of going straight to trashing others.

From the looks of it, he was probably baiting it anyway and he was making yuri look bad because it does not have the "diversity" of having a male harem lead. I will not be surprised if this anime turned out to be harem. There is a 50/50 chance that this will be yuri or harem.
