So this mean without a doubt, it'll get an English dub (stunt casting with Emily Blunt reprising her role I hope) with this announcement.

GKIDS expanding to UK distribution now?
Typically it would Anime Limited but hopefully means GKIDS will implement universal release dates instead of long gaps between JPN/US/FR and UK |

this was probably one of the few rare hollywood live adaptation that were successful. i know it wasn't full on complete adaptation like dragon ball evolution or knights of zodiac, but that's probably why it was good.
