Not sure if this animation style does Mamiya any favors.

Is it just me or do the fight sequences not feel as dynamic as they should?

The English dub that got previewed yesterday was horrific. And this is after Sega made a pretty good dub of these characters for the Lost Paradise video game.

If Prime Video wants to be an anime destination, they need to step up their dub game.

Prime Video also posted a trailer dubbed into Latin American Spanish and it was confirmed that that version was dub at Transperfect Argentina. Weren't other Prime Video anime like Dinner Table Detective and Ninja vs. Gokudo dubbed into English by Transperfect and those dubs were widely criticized?
I don't know how Amazon handles their anime dubs, or international dubs in general, but it feels pretty random. As I said in other articles about Prime Video's anime, none of their Latin American Spanish dubs have been outright bad, but some are better than others, the thing is that the ones dubbed in Argentina didn't stand out compared to the ones dubbed in Mexico.
Honestly, I've watched the LatAm Spanish dub trailer for the new Hokuto no Ken series and it sounds fine, and interestingly enough, Kenshiro's dub VA had already voiced the character in a fandub for the 1986 movie that was made a couple of years ago, and he also recently voiced Chris Redfield in a brand new official dub for RE VIllage that Capcom added in a last update. I just hope that The Ghost in the Shell obtains a great dub for all languages.
