I'd think that when a company delays a volume for that long, they should reduce the price quite a bit.

Wha? You guys didn't like watching that anime slide show in ep 11?! 
Improved animation isn't going to save this one from the crap pile. Maybe, maybe, if Sentai brings its A-Game then their dub could save it.
No mecha fight, no matter the circumstances, should be hands-down worse than the one in Robot Jox. This anime broke that rule. It lowered the bar.

Its impossible for a dub to improve a series like that.

I'd like to hold out hope, though I'd prefer that Sentai bring its A-Game to the dubs of other shows.
