Plot Summary:
During an experiment on a new form of energy, a space station is attacked by a mysterious alien force led by the Galaxy King. At the last minute, the lead scientist implants the Sigma energy data in his dog's brain and jettisons it back to Earth through an escape pod before the station is destroyed. It's not too long before the dog and a young girl named Remi are captured by Neo-Shocker's forces. With Galaxy King's forces teaming up with Neo-Shocker, Sky Rider must team up with all the other Kamen Riders to defeat the new threat and prevent them from destroying Tokyo with a Sigma missile.
