Trivia:

In the ending credits of episode 13, the dog is credited as being neutered. ;)

ADV Films paid $500,000 to license the series in 2007.

In episode 3, while attempting to rescue Kyohei from the recruiters Sunako changed her costume from a kimono into a military uniform similar to the Schutzstaffel Officer uniform.

In episode 15, Sunako's Aunt shouted from the hepicopter "Paalam muna, aalis muna ako" which means in Philippine language as "I'm heading off for a while, I'll be back later".

In episode 18, when the guys are imagining Sunako-chan being arrested by the police, she is shown eating a beef bowl. This is a Japanese TV and movie cliché -- during a long interrogation, a beef bowl is often served to the interrogation subject, usually just before the suspect breaks down and confesses.

In Episode 24, the space scenes feature references to some science-fiction shows: the first space scene has a small USS Enterprise from Star Trek - The Original Series, while the second space scene has what appears to be the top half of a Zaku mobile suit and the silhouette of the space fortress A Boa Qu from Mobile Suit Gundam.

In episode 24, during the 'Road to Womanhood!' segment, Noi/Naie Kasahara can be seen cosplaying as Rena Ryuuguu from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.

In episode 25, Sunako's auntie crashes into the house and steps out of a race car. The way she exits is the same as what Speed does in the opening of the old Speed Racer cartoons, complete with the checkered background and the rotation of the perspective.
