Touch My Katamari PS Vita Game's English Trailer Posted

On Tuesday, the European arm of Namco Bandai Games began streaming an English trailer for its Touch My Katamari (Katamari Damacy No-Vita) game for the PS Vita handheld system. The trailer is a shortened version of the Japanese trailer that ran last week. As in the Japanese version, Shigeru Matsuzaki (Cobra The Animation, Nerima Daikon Brothers) sings the theme song "Kamatari on the Stage."

Like the Japanese trailer, the English one demonstrates how the player can flick the multi-touch display to roll the Katamari ball to collect items and make the ball bigger. It also shows how the player can use rear touch pad to "stretch" or "shrink" the Katamari ball. By expanding the ball, the player can collect a lot more material on open plains. On the flip side, the player can make the ball narrower to navigate alleyways for items.

The game will ship in Japan on December 17, and then in Europe on February 22, 2012.
