7sixty to Release Phantom Breaker Game in North America

7sixty, a subsidiary of the video game publisher SouthPeak Games, announced on Thursday that it acquired the Phantom Breaker fighting game for release in North America. The company is currently streaming an announcement trailer for the game.
5pb. (Chaos;Head, Steins;Gate) developed the game, which was released in Japan in June 2011. 7sixty describes the plot of the game as follows:
Phantom Breaker tells the story of a mysterious Japanese fighting tournament organized by a shady character called Shadow, each combatant must take on a range of increasingly powerful foes with the winner gaining the opportunity to grant any wish they desire.
7sixty will release special edition of the game that will include a mini strategy guide, concept artwork from manga artist Hiro Suzuhira (Akikan!, Shuffle!, Ginban Kaleidoscope), a desk calendar, and two double-sided posters.
Phantom Breaker is slated to be released for the Xbox 360 in early 2012.
