2nd Oreimo PSP Game's Live-Action Promo Streamed

posted on by Jennifer Sherman
Sequel with new story, story routes, characters to ship in Japan on May 17

Bandai Namco Games began streaming a live-action kigurumi (costumed character) promotional video for its second Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai (Oreimo) PlayStation Portable game on Thursday. In the 104-second video, a costumed performer dresses as the character Kirino from the Oreimo franchise. She visits the real-life version of the Chiba City Central Library that appears in the anime, and she also starts the one-week countdown until the Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai Portable ga Tsuzuku Wake ga Nai (Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai Portable Can't Possibly Be Continuing) game ships in Japan.

The game will be a sequel to the PlayStation Portable adventure game Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai (Oreimo) Portable. The original light novel creator Tsukasa Fushimi is serving as the chief supervisor. The new game will feature an all-new original story scenario, new story routes, and new characters.

The game was slated to ship in Japan on March 29, but the release was delayed to May 17. Namco Bandai Games explained that it delayed the game to improve it for the users' satisfaction.
