Main cast unites to perform dance in color-coded costumes

This year's spring anime Is the order a rabbit? features a cast of sprightly young girls working in a cozy cafe in a charming, German-inspired setting. The music video for its opening theme, "Daydream café," conveys this cute atmosphere with its choreography and costuming evocative of the anime's characters; the anime's official Twitter account even boasts that it's "the cutest music video in the world."

"Daydream café" is credited to "Petit Rabbit's," a group of the voice actresses behind the cast of Is the order a rabbit?: Maaya Uchida (Syaro), Risa Taneda (Rize), Ayane Sakura (Cocoa), Inori Minase (Chino) and Satomi Satou (Chiya). Rabbit's ending theme, "Poppin jump ♪," on the other hand, is the work of "Chimame-tai" — Minase (Chino), Sora Tokui (Maya) and Rie Murakawa (Meg).

If you'd like to see the whole music video, it comes included with the "Daydream café" CD on a DVD along with a making-of video. Both songs will go on sale on May 28. The limited edition CD-DVD combo will cost ¥1,600 ($15.62), the "Daydream café" single will cost ¥1,000 ($9.76), and the "Poppin jump" single will cost ¥1,200 ($11.72). The June issue of the voice actor magazine Seiyū Animedia will also carry a story about the making of the video plus interviews with the voice actresses.
