Get Ready for the Human Instrumentality Project with Evangelion 2015 Calendars
posted on by Bamboo Dong
2015 is approaching quickly, and that means only one thing—Angels. Not the nice ones with the halos and the soft wings—the mean, gigantic, humanity-destroying ones.
Next year marks the start of events in Neon Genesis Evangelion, and there's no better way to herald the Death and Rebirth of our world than with an official Evangelion 2015 calendar. Luckily, for fans who like variety, there are many to choose from, and likely even more on the way.
The annual MOVIC calendar features artwork from key animator and designer Takeshi Honda, and will be released in early December:

Meanwhile, Ikebukuro's Eva specialty store is selling an adorable Yuruart desk calendar with a removal frame (1,500 yen [about US$12.82]):
The Evangelion Store is also offering a desk calendar featuring Sanrio's Eva Micro Macro illustrations for 1,200 yen (about US$10.26).
Of course, if you really want to celebrate the year of Evangelion in style, you can plan a trip to Hakone, the mountain town that inspired the setting of Tokyo-III. It's currently outfitted with Evangelion electric charging stations, Eva shops, and even a replica classroom.
