Create Evangelion Origami With New Themed Olyester Sheets

The official Evangelion Store recently unveiled Toyobo's special origami "paper" inspired by Neon Genesis Evangelion. The Neon Material Evangelion Origami product is made of foldable polyester film called Olyester.
The Evangelion origami film set includes 12 sheets with designs featuring Eva Unit-01, Eva Unit-02, and an A.T. Field. The Olyester origami sheets are glossy, translucent, water-resistant, and durable. Due to the material's properties, fans could even make origami while taking a bath and use an LED light to create a display for their finished pieces.
One package of the Evangelion origami film costs 1,058 yen (about US$9), and Evangelion Store is accepting orders now. The item is slated to ship in mid-December.
A limited physical Evangelion Store opened in a department store in Osaka in February.
