Netmarble Releases 'Grand Season: Seventh Spring' Update For The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross
LOS ANGELES – MARCH 26, 2026 – Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality games, has released the “Grand Season: Seventh Spring” update for The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross (7DS).
The update introduces a new SSR-grade hero [Friendly Classmate] Tree Guardian King, a defensive character built around counter mechanics. The hero specializes in protecting allies by taking a counter stance that taunts enemies while weakening opponents and strengthening allied abilities during battle.
The new hero is featured in the New Semester Selection Draw, where players can obtain selection tickets through mileage rewards. At 300 mileage, players can obtain one random SSR hero from the lineup, while reaching 600 mileage guarantees [Friendly Classmate] Tree Guardian King. Upon reaching 600 mileage for the second time, players can choose the either the newest King, one of four UR heroes including [Hero's Bloodline] Young Knight Lancelot, [Destiny Defier] Goddess of Fate Skuld, [Incomplete Control] Oppressor Demon King, [Rulers of the New Era] King & Diane or one SSR hero from the selection lineup. [Fulfilled Promise] Golden Wings Elaine, who is eligible for LR Evolution will appear at UR Lv. 90.
A new World Event titled Undercover Spring Festival Investigation has also been added, taking place at Liones High School where players investigate a series of incidents unfolding during a seasonal festival.
In addition, the update introduces Transcendent Demonic Beast Battles featuring Skoll and Hati, alongside unlocking Tier 3 Sacred Treasure enhancement, allowing players to further strengthen their equipment through materials obtained from these encounters.
To celebrate the Grand Season update, Netmarble is hosting a variety of in-game events. A 28-day login event allows players to earn up to 100 Diamonds, while the Grand Season Special Missions provide additional rewards including a costume for [Rulers of the New Era] King & Diane upon completing milestone objectives.
Players can also participate in the “7th Anniversary Cake Creation” event, where members of the [Seven Deadly Sins] prepare a celebratory cake. The appearance of the cake changes depending on player votes, and participants can earn rewards based on their support activity and overall event participation. The event also serves as an entry point for 7th Anniversary pre-registration.
Additional content includes a renewed Friend Invitation Event, a Demonic Beast Battle Boosting Event offering reduced stamina costs and increased rewards, and the fourth phase of the 777 Relay Event, which provides various benefits including enhanced draw mileage rewards such as 10 Selection Draw Tickets at 150 and 450 mileage, anniversary pre-registration bonuses, and a special coupon granting LR-grade [Reincarnation of Revenge] Fairy Helbram or 100 Legendary Seals.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross translates the storytelling and adventures of [The Seven Deadly Sins] into a highly engaging and entertaining mobile gaming experience.
