The Pokémon 2000 soundtrack features a track by Weird Al Yankovic called "Polkaman". Weird Al's song plays during the credits at the end of the movie. Also featured on the Pokémon 2000 soundtrack are the B-52s (Love Shack).

Weird Al Yankovic is renouned for parody music such as "Eat It!" (parody of Beat It by Michael Jackson) and Like a Surgeon (Madonna / Like a Virgin).
