Nutech Loses Preliminary Legal Battle

NuTech Digital has suffered a preliminary defeat in its ongoing legal battle with Ken Groove. Finding that Ken Groove has a reasonable chance of success in its lawsuit against NuTech, the Los Angeles Superior Court issued a writ of attachment against NuTech for assets worth $292,000. The writ of attachment directs law enforcement officials to seize assets from NuTech in order to guarantee payment of the lawsuit should NuTech ultimately lose the court battle.
