Manifest opens new Competitions

Manifest has officially opened both their mascot and postcard competitions for 2007, as well as announcing the introduction of a new competition, the FRuITS Fashion Competition. As well, the rules for Manifest's Anime Idol have been finalised.
The FRUiTS Fashion Competition is a new competition, designed to accomidate various costumes which do not qualify under the Manifest cosplay competition, but are seen as a reflection of Japanese culture and is slated to run on the Friday of the convention. No signups are necessary, although a form will have to be completed on the day.
The details for the Mascot, Postcard and Anime Idol competitions include exact stipulations, rules and prizes for winners of each of the catergories. The Mascot and Postcard competitions have been slated for a deadline of 15th January 2007, and no date has been set in regards to Anime Idol yet.
