Sanada Jyuu Yuushi's 2nd Series Listed for October

Historical military anime from Legend of the Galactic Heroes' designer, writer
The weekly emailed update from the Bandai Channel streaming service is reporting on Friday that the second series of Shinshaku Sengoku Eiyuu Densetsu Sanada Jyuu Yuushi The Animation will premiere on television this October. The story follows the Sanada clan of warriors who stand before the Tokugawa clan's attempt to control all of Japan.
The first television series (and the prequel special that preceded it) aired in 2005. That earlier 13-episode series featured many of the staffers of Legend of the Galactic Heroes (Ginga Eiyū Densetsu), including the character designer/chief animation director Keizō Shimizu and head writer Shimao Kawanaka.
