A Certain Scientific Railgun PSP Game's New Delay Listed

The retailer HMV lists the PSP game of A Certain Scientific Railgun (Toaru Kagaku no Railgun) as "delayed until further notice." It is the latest listed delay for the game, although the game's official website still shows a November 23 date.
