Rune Factory 4 Is Best-Selling Game in Series

Rune Factory 4 creator and producer Yoshifumi Hashimoto stated on the series' official website that Rune Factory 4 is the best-selling game in the franchise.
The game ranked #3 in sales in its first week, behind Hoshi no Kirby 20th Anniversary Special Collection and Pokémon Black 2/White 2. It sold 85,955 copies in four days and a total of 135,376 copies as of August 19.
Marvelous AQL developed the adventure fantasy role-playing game and released it on July 19. It is the franchise's first release for Nintendo 3DS.
