The newly opened official website for the upcoming Amnesia anime posted the voice cast and character designs on Thursday. The original video game's male cast members are reprising their roles for the anime, but the female main character's profile and voice have not been revealed.
- Tetsuya Kakihara as Shin
- Kishô Taniyama as Ikki

- Satoshi Hino as Tōma
- Kōki Miyata as Ukyō
- Hiromi Igarashi as Orion
The female-oriented romance anime will premiere next January. The story of the original game produced by Idea Factory begins on the morning of August 1, when the protagonist wakes up and discovers she has absolutely no memories of the past. A boy appears before her, and he introduces himself as a "spirit" named Orion. The protagonist struggles to regain her memories under the guidance of Orion. She then gets a phone call, but she does not recognize the name on her mobile phone screen. She meets her apparent "boyfriend," despite not knowing his face.
Otomate announced at the Otomate Party 2012 event that an anime adaptation of the otome game had been green-lit for 2013. Idea Factory released the original game on the PSP system in 2011.
